As an Automotive Shop owner in Edmonton Ab. that had a client with car trouble in Saskatoon, we needed help to get him and his family back on the road. Called Chris on a referral from another shop owner in Lanigan Sk. that we know on a Friday morning. Chris took our client in, had the SEL diagnosed and repair completed quickly and correctly. Our client called from Regina to report his car ran 100% and was so grateful. This is what a great team of people do to help a stranded motorist out. Highly recommend Chris & Lai's Automotive !!!

Only place I will take my car. Always reasonable and fast service. Never tries to sell you on anything unnecessary. As a woman, this is the only auto shop I have been to where I feel truly welcome and am not talked down to. They explain everything in easy terms in a very respectful way without making you feel stupid. Great location and great staff!

Great experience! I had a relatively serious issue impairing my vehicle. They could not get it in the same day when I called at 3 o’clock, but I dropped it off for first thing in the morning. Imagine my surprise when they call back an hour and a half later and had me ready for the road!

I've had to take my older car in a few times to Lai's and every time I've been incredibly happy with their service. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and have been able to diagnose every problem. Every estimate I've been given has been accurate and is sometimes a little higher than the price ends up being (which is always a pleasant surprise). I've never been up-sold on anything and the mechanics only do exactly what is needed and let me know before they do it. If I have further questions, the front desk is able to explain clearly what issues there were and what has been done. With how old my car is, I've occasionally get a seasonal check on my car and I get a link with a detailed explaination of everything they check and what needs work or what may need work soon in the future. The guys at Lai's are trustworthy and I will continue to go to them for any problems I have!

I was down and out with my wife’s vehicle, I just needed it fixed, Lai’s got it in quickly and got us back on the road. They also warned me about a couple other issues going on with the car that I knew about, that being said the attention to detail provided was outstanding, they are within walking distance of my house, I will definitely use this shop again.

I've been using Lai's for several years now. I'm not always happy about the cost of repairs, I feel like my last car gave me trouble, but I've always been happy with Lai's. Their shop rate is reasonable, Peter always explains things well. Their communication is top notch, I know every time I drop it off I'm going to get a call from Peter telling me what's up mid way through, I ask a lot of questions and I'm always met with patience, without a patronizing you must know nothing attitude, nor explaining things in a highly technical manner. I love that Peter will say do you know much about how "blah blah,blah" works then explain at my level.

My last visit was to drop off my subaru OBW for CVT and differential fluid changes. I was happy to see other Subaru's on the lot and in the end it cost less than I was expecting - they could have just charged me what I was quoted but they are fair. I'll keep going back.
